Amit believes this is a good move for DeGods
DC believes DeGods is front-running the inevitable with more AMMs and 0% royalty marketplaces coming online. ⭐
From his perspective, this is potentially temporary until a better solution to enforceable royalties is found.
DC adds that NFT projects today that rely solely on royalty revenue stream could have a hard road ahead – in the near term under the 0% royalty model, the probability of failure for PFP projects is increasing
DC raises a good question: What will PFP-style projects do to sustain themselves in the near future if royalties disappear?
The Bored-Ape creator faces SEC probe over unregistered offerings

SEC sues Yuga and they attempt to defend
